Mrs Kamlesh B. Yadav, 59, is credited with rich experience of managing previous family businesses. She had earned reputation for managing a family business of GREENS Ready-to-cook Fresh vegetables during 1988-92. It was a project first-of-its kind in India which packaged and branded cut vegetables without use of preservatives for retail and institutional market.

Babulal R. Yadav- Chief Advisor

Babulal R. Yadav, 60, is the overall Business Planner and Strategist for Lakshya’s business. He has rich experience of over 37 years working at Senior Management positions with some of the largest business conglomerates of India like Essar Group, Reliance Industries Ltd, Arvind Mills etc. His management expertise encompasses areas like Green field project management, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Communications, Corporate Relations etc. His management exposure extends to industries like Steel, Power, Oil Refinery, Petrochemicals, Ports, Heavy Chemicals, Textiles, Special Economic Zones and the like. He is qualified with Masters in Physics and Post Graduation in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Harsh Yadav-Chief Executive Officer

Harsh Yadav, 28, as CEO, is the prime driver of Lakshya’s international business and managing overall operations. After BSC from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad he acquired degrees in Post Graduation in New Business Management from the prestigious Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI) at Ahmedabad followed with degrees in Business Management, Communication Management etc from Sydney, Australia. He has rich experience of working in international business environment in Australia in the field of Electronic Payment Solutions etc. He is also credited with evolving and managing new business ideas like first one-of-its-kind E-Newspaper, www.collegefunda.com for college students from concept to commissioning.
